Dingy skippers- 2 flying around over grassy slopes that have been cut last year

Initially overcast but warm with a light NE wind, but brightening up with tummy intervals as the day wore on.

The purple patch continued this morning with another new bird for the year.

The 24th was a good day as amongst a large gathering of big Gulls once again we found a juvenile Iceland Gull.

Day two of north-easterly winds and once again the anticipation was not met with a result. Indeed they produced nothing but that doesn't mean it was a bad day.

An evening walk around the reserve produced 15 bird species.
