Our Ways of Working

We support flexibility and agility and we continually evolve and develop our ways of working.
We know everyone works differently and that's why we support hybrid and flexible working options to allow you to work to your best. With a diverse staff team, no day or week is quite the same but we'll usually see people in the office at least a couple of times a week to connect and collaborate with colleagues. Our office is set up to accommodate different ways of working with the opportunity to get outside and connect with nature on a regular basis.
Good wellbeing is also really important to us and that's why we adopted a 9 day fortnight working pattern, giving the opportunity to have every other Friday as a non working day... that's more than an extra 20 non working days per year!
