Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
We strive to ensure that our own work supports a just, inclusive, and cohesive society.
We are committed to ensuring that we meet our responsibilities as set out under the Equality Act within a culture of authenticity, valuing our people, and promoting trust and empowerment.
As a Charity, we recognise that there are barriers within our society that can prevent some communities and people from engaging with the opportunities we offer. We strive to offer opportunities for engagement, participation and employment to achieve equality. In particular, our focus is on dismantling barriers for those from Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority backgrounds and LGBTQ+ people so everyone can feel more welcome.
We wholeheartedly believe that nature belongs to everyone.
Our Ways of Working
We support flexibility and agility, and we continually evolve and develop our ways of working.
We know everyone works differently, so we support hybrid and flexible working options to allow you to work to your best. With a diverse staff team, no day or week is quite the same, but we'll usually see people in the office at least a couple of times a week to connect and collaborate with colleagues. Our office is set up to accommodate different ways of working, with the opportunity to get outside and connect with nature on a regular basis.
