About the event

Join us to slow down and enjoy some time in nature to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week 2024. We'll be switching on our different senses and taking a slow, short stroll to see what we can notice together.

This is an opportunity to relax and take some time out for yourself.

We will meet at the notice board at the main car park at 1pm. Toilets available a short walk away (please be aware there is no disabled toilet available).

Free car parking available. The closest bus stop is 'Allestree Park Gates' serviced by Trent Barton's 'Sixes' bus. www.trentbarton.co.uk

The walk is free but booking is essential.

Please come prepared for the weather as there is no shelter.
