Are you interested in gaining work experience with us?
If you are interested in pursuing work experience with us as part of a requirement of your course at school, college, or university, we would like to know if we can support you.
We would like to offer work experience across all our teams. However, as we are a medium-sized organisation, and we would like to support as many people to get experience within our sector as possible, we often have a limited capacity with the amount of work experience placements we can offer.
Year 10 - 13 work experience week
We will be offering three programmes for the week of 1st July - 5th July 2024 . We encourage you to consider your location when expressing an interest in these programmes as you will be expected to accommodate your travel to and from your placement.
- Marketing, Communities and People Engagement
Locations - Middleton, Derby City, Ashbourne
- Planning, Data and Practical Land Management
Locations- Middleton, Northeast Derbyshire, Trent Valley, Ilkeston, Derwent Valley, Peak District, Erewash Valley
- Support Services and Practical Management
Locations- Middleton, Northeast Derbyshire, Trent Valley, Ilkeston, Derwent Valley, Peak District, Erewash Valley
There are limited places for the above work experience programmes. We have a high volume of requests for our work experience placements, and we regret we are unable to accept more than 6. We always recommend that you apply to more than one organisation to ensure you have a backup plan.
