Competition terms
1. The promoter is Derbyshire Wildlife Trust (DWT).
2. Employees of DWT, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. The winner will be selected by a random draw and announced on the Facebook page.
4. The start date for the competition will be 7th June 2018 and the closing date for entry will be 9th June 2018 at 11.30pm. After this, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the case of any event outside of the promoter's control.
6. The prize is two family tickets to Woodside Festival on 16th June 2018. You are responsible for your own transportation to the festival.
7. No alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability.
8. The winner will be notified within 3 days of the competition by a reply to their original comment. If the winner does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification for any reason, we reserve the right to withdraw the winner and pick a replacement.
9. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
11. The winner's name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, Sandy Hill, Main Street, Middleton, Derbyshire, DE4 4LR.
12. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
13. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries will not be counted.
