About the event

Join us for an early evening drink by the River Derwent as we celebrate the landscape, wildlife and community connections that make the Derwent Valley so special.

White Peak Distillery’s Dave Symes and Derbyshire Wildlife Trust’s Amy Bennett and Nicole Benjamin will be sharing the story of the partnership between the distillery and the Trust, exploring how creative collaboration can support nature recovery, raise awareness and help care for the places we all value.

We’ll also be talking about the Riverside Gin project — a limited-edition gin inspired by the River Derwent and local botanicals — with the final bottles available to buy on the night. £5 from every bottle sold will be donated to Derbyshire Wildlife Trust.

A relaxed evening for local businesses, residents and anyone interested in wildlife, sustainability, and the future of the Derwent Valley.
