About the event
Jays are often called 'nature's foresters' thanks to them planting thousands of acorns that grow into wonderful oak trees!
Now it's your turn to 'Be a Jay for the Day' by searching for nuts and berries and then burying them on Allestree Park.
You could even bring some of your own foraged acorns to swap with some Allestree ones and disperse them back in your own green space.
