Hidden Nature Photography Competition

Connecting with nature, taking the time to really notice what is around you is great for your mental health and wellbeing.

Taking just a few moments every day to slow down and notice what you can see, smell, hear and feel can actually make you feel better. You may not realise it but nature is all around you, even in towns and cities nature thrives in the most unusual places, so we are challenging you to find the hidden nature of Derby, to spot the plants or animals flourishing in unexpected places.

Once you have found your favourite spot, take a photo of it and share it with us (by post or email) and enter our Hidden Nature photography competition.
