Hardwick Wildlife Watch Group

Hardwick Hall Watch Group 2014, DWTHardwick Hall Watch Group 2014, DWT

Hardwick Wildlife Watch group is run by the National Trust in partnership with Derbyshire Wildlife Trust.

We meet at Hardwick Park Centre on the Hardwick Estate, Derbyshire, S44 5QJ. Our sessions are usually on 2nd Sunday in every month, 10am – 12 noon, unless otherwise stated on our programme.
Parents are welcome to stay with children and join in the fun, or children can be dropped off and attend without parents if aged 8 or over.
We cater for children aged 3 – 13 years, with a varied programme that the children design themselves each year. Activities include bird ringing, making bird feeders, bird boxes, bat boxes, bug hotels, pond dipping, falconry, bat walks, litter picking and practical conservation work such as tree planting and coppicing.
