In which our happy hair has grown

There was much excitement this morning as Toby realised our Italian Rye Grass has started to grow; indeed, our little character is sporting a proper hair ‘do’ now.

This evening I took a moment to head outside; I struggle a lot with anxiety, which can lead to depression when I let it.

Toby was desperate to give the grass a trim already, but I explained we’d rather like it to get a little longer first…

Between swimming lessons, my work, and a rather stressful afternoon occupied by misbehaving children that’s as wild as our day got. This evening I took a moment to head outside; I struggle a lot with anxiety, which can lead to depression when I let it.

Breathing in the cooler evening air, and listening to the birds in the trees, is a kind of therapy, while throwing the ball for our dog is a great way to release a little tension.

The sun is setting, and the garden smells wonderful; I feel a little better already.
